"Mike was referred to me by an acquaintance and when I contacted him, I heard back within hours of leaving a message. At that point I described to Mike what type of properties I was interested in and again " I had a list of several houses that I was interested in within no time at all. I recall a time that Mike had to be out of town for personal reasons and made it a point to come back on a Sunday and still show me houses I requested to see that Sunday night. Another characteristic that caught my attention is Mike has a great business sense and whatever ideas you come up with, he contributes to them so that you make the best decision and get the most for your money. We negotiated in brand new stainless steel appliances and touch screen front loader washer and dryers with the builder at closing! When I moved in my house, I bought all new furniture and Mike and Weichert realty offered to loan me their box truck so that I didn't have to rent one ? another way they saved me money!
